CCforSEN Project Held Its First Online Coordination Meeting Hosted by Düzce University
We are pleased to share that the Erasmus+ project “CCforSEN – Developing Competencies of Special Needs Care Providers on Evidence-Based Practices with Technology-Supported Tools” successfully conducted its first online coordination meeting on 24 October 2025, hosted by Düzce University, the coordinator of the project.

Key Discussion Points & Decisions
- Project website will be prepared and maintained by Gedonsoft GmbH, including the development of the project logo.
- Needs analysis will be carried out in Czechia, Germany, and Türkiye, with Sakarya University drafting the assessment tools (~150 participants).
- Distribution of responsibilities for course books and activity books across partners.
- VR-based project result development will continue, with examples prepared by Gedonsoft GmbH.
- Dissemination Plan and Quality Assurance Plan to be completed by the end of November.
- Social media managed by Sakarya University; all presentations stored on shared Google Drive.
