Project Summary
This Erasmus+ KA220-HED project aims to strengthen the competencies of care providers (care workers) for individuals with special needs in evidence-based practices with the aid of VR-supported educational resources. The project will develop a training module at EQF level 6, consisting of educational materials, assessment tools and VR resources, including theoretical and on-site training sessions.
Objectives
- Improve professional competencies of care workers in evidence-based practices and VR resources.
- Enhance SEN pupils' academic, language-communication and socio-emotional skills.
- Create a multicultural, multidisciplinary training module and make it available to end users.
Based on the needs analysis report, a training module at EQF level 6 including educational materials, assessment tools and VR resources will be developed. Learning objectives will be prepared based on the needs analysis report. The module's effectiveness and impact will be verified in a data-driven manner through theoretical and on-site practical training with care workers and special needs students.
