This project aims to improve the professional competencies of special needs care providers (care workers, CW) in evidence-based practices and the use of VR resources. The implementation seeks to enhance SEN pupils' academic, language-communication, and socio-emotional skills.
A training module will be developed at EQF level 6, including educational materials, assessment tools and VR resources based on a needs analysis report. Learning objectives will be derived from the report. The module's effectiveness and impact will be tested through theoretical and on-site practical training with care workers and SEN pupils, and effectiveness will be verified using collected data.
A multicultural and multidisciplinary training module (documents, assessment tools, VR resources) will be developed and made available to end users. The project will improve care workers' competencies and positively affect SEN pupils' academic, language-communication, and socio-emotional development.
